How to survive the failure of democracy?

We must be politically prepared to survive the failure of the system, that is, to survive the failure of democracy. But... how? Certainly not with philosophies or literature. Real problems do not admit philosophical or literary solutions. Neither do religious ones. And when I say philosophies, I also mean ideologies and self-help. It's possible that, at this point, democratic solutions may not work either, as democracy, both in fact and in law, is mired in so many contradictions and inconsistencies. Because if the solution were democratic, it would have already arrived, and democracy would not fail. If after so many decades of democracy we still have so many problems, it's because democracy has led us to them instead of solving them. Why hasn't it solved them? The answer is an explanation of the past, but not a solution for the future. The die is cast.
